General conditions of Sale
These general conditions of sale (hereinafter, "General Conditions") apply to all sales of products (hereinafter, "Products" or "Product") purchased through the website olympia.store.it (hereinafter, " Site ").
Contracts concluded with OLYMPIA S.R.L. through the Site are governed by Italian law and, in particular, by Legislative Decree 6 September 2005, n. 206 ("Consumer Code") with reference to articles 50 to 68 relating to distance selling and by Legislative Decree 9 April 2003, n. 70 (hereinafter, "E-commerce Decree").
The use of the distance selling service described in these General Conditions is reserved exclusively for private consumers (hereinafter, "Customers" or the "Customer" or "the buyer"), understood as natural persons acting for unrelated purposes. to his own commercial, entrepreneurial or professional activity possibly carried out.
Generally a private person does not need an invoice. To request assistance and warranty, simply keep the purchase receipt that you receive together with the delivery of the purchased products.

Olympia s.r.l. reserves the right to modify the General Conditions at any time without prior notice. However, the changes will have no effect on purchase orders that have been sent prior to the publication of the changes on the Site.
The Customer is required to carefully read these General Conditions that have been made available to him on the Site, in order to allow them to be stored and reproduced by the Customer pursuant to art. 12 of the Legislative Decree 9 April 2003, n. 70. By validating the purchase order, the buyer expresses acceptance of the General Conditions and consent for all communications to be sent and received by e-mail. The buyer is responsible for the correctness of the e-mail address and all information entered at the time of placing the order.

Product information and availability
Information relating to Products that can be sold remotely through the Site are available, with the relevant product codes, on the Site. The photographs illustrating the products are provided for information only. The differences between the photographs and the products can be only minor differences and do not concern the essential characteristics of the products. The color of the products on the online shop may be different from the color of the actual product. Product information is provided in compliance with articles 52 and 53 of the Consumer Code. The products are in most cases available in stock. In the event that, upon receipt of the order, the product is not available due to an error in updating the Site, the Customer will receive prompt notification and can decide whether to wait for the expected time or request a refund (as provided below).
Product prices are inclusive of all taxes and duties.
The indication of the place of delivery cannot be subsequently changed. For the purpose of delivering the product, the presence of the user or another person appointed to do so is required at the place and on the day of expected delivery. Olympia reserves the right to deliver the product within a maximum of 10 days from the date of purchase.
Upon delivery of the order, we invite you to check that the number of packages (parcels) indicated on the carrier's letter corresponds to the one delivered and that the package is intact and undamaged; otherwise sign the document with reservation.
TERMS OF PAYMENT
We accept the following payments:
Immediate payment with PayPal account
The payment procedure takes place on secure and encrypted servers owned by PayPal
Immediate payment by credit card via PayPal
With the PayPal circuit it is possible to pay using your credit card or prepaid card.
Advance Bank Transfer
After receiving the order, the Olympia office will contact the customer by e-mail to provide the data for the bank transfer header.
Once the transfer has been made, the proof of the transfer must be sent indicating the CRO number by e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org, no later than 3 working days from the date of the order. The order will be sent only when the amount due is actually credited to Olympia's current account within 7 working days from the date of acceptance of the contract. Beyond these deadlines, the order will be canceled. The purpose of the bank transfer must necessarily include the order number and the name and surname of the person who placed the order.
Confirmation of receipt of the order
In compliance with the provisions of art. 53 of the Consumer Code, the Customer receives, at the time of execution of the contract, by email, the confirmation of receipt of the purchase order sent by the Customer.
Right of withdrawal
Pursuant to Article 49, paragraph 4, Legislative Decree of 21 February 2014 n ° 21. You have the right to withdraw from the contract, without giving any reason, within 14 days.
The withdrawal period expires after 14 days from the day on which you or a third party other than the carrier and designated by you acquire physical possession of the goods.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of an explicit declaration to the following address:

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
If you withdraw from this contract, you will be reimbursed for all payments you have made to us, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery to offered us), without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract. These refunds will be made using the same payment method you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any case, it will not have to incur any costs as a consequence of this refund.
The refund can be suspended until the goods are received or until the consumer has demonstrated that he has returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.
Please send back the goods or deliver them to us, without undue delay and in any case within 14 days from the day on which you have communicated your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the 14 day period has expired.
The direct costs of returning the goods will be at your expense.
You are only responsible for the decrease in the value of the goods resulting from the handling of the goods other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
The buyer, who is also a consumer, enjoys the legal guarantee pursuant to the provisions of Part IV, Title III, Chapter I (from Article 128 to 135) of Legislative Decree no. 206 ("Consumer Code") in relation to any lack of conformity of the Product existing at the time of delivery. Any lack of conformity of the Product must be reported to OLYMPIA in the terms and in the manner set out in Article 132 of the Consumer Code at the e-mail address email@example.com
The guarantee applies only to faults / breakages occurring despite normal use of the product. The warranty is not applicable in cases of negligence or carelessness in the use and maintenance of the product. Only in the event that, for any reason, it is not possible to repair or replace the product, OLYMPIA will refund the price of the product.
OLYMPIA will not be held responsible for non-fulfillment or delays in the execution of the order in the event that such non-fulfillment or delays are caused by impediments such as work interruptions, industrial unrest, suspension of transport and any other cause that may integrate an impediment due to due to force majeure or unforeseeable circumstances.
Applicable law and competent court
The General Conditions are governed by Italian law.
For any dispute relating to the General Conditions, the Brescia court will be competent.
